Conferences can include Plenary sessions, workshops, multiple parallel sessions.  As well as Opening and Closing ceremonies, drinks receptions and themed dinners.

You will of course have your own ideas, aims and budget for the event but we are here to bring your vision to life with our expertise in running all types of events and tapping into our network of suppliers to ensure your event is a huge success.  

To follow are a few suggestions of how we can help.  You may have your own in-house events team who just need an extra pair of hands.  We can work with them and offer new ideas and provide on-site event support or you may want to outsource the event completely. It really is up to you.  

This list is by no means exhaustive and is of course open to discussion:

  • Research possible venues, attend site visits and make recommendations.
  • Negotiate all rates to ensure budget targets are met.
  • Assist with the preparation of a programme for the event.
  • Liaise with partners/sponsors.
  • Liaise with speakers – accommodation and travel, audio visual, biographies and handouts for their sessions.
  • Liaise with the venue on all arrangements on the lead up and during the event – accommodation, room layout, catering, audio visual.
  • Liaise with the production company on stage set designs and sound/audio visual requirements.
  • Process delegates’ bookings and send out further details.
  • Assist with delegates’ lists, final programmes and feedback forms for the day.
  • Assist with delegates’ packs.
  • Deal with all enquiries on the lead up and during the event.
